White iPhone 4 Still Delayed

The White iPhone 4 still hasn’t been released and many people are beginning to wonder what the problem is. I have just been made aware of some information that I would like to share with you today. It seems that the people over at BGR recently managed to get their hands on the body of a white iPhone 4. According to them, they took it apart and put the new body on. They then realized why Apple hasn’t released the white version of their iPhone 4. According to them, the new case makes the screen look semi-transparent which really won’t do.According to their findings, there are also some major issues with the quality and color of the body too. The tint actually changes between the white front and the home button. The proximity sensor also didn’t work in the new case. Now these imperfections and flaws may not be the reason why Apple have delayed the release of the white iPhone 4 but it does provide a lot of intrigue and wonder wouldn’t you say.
These imperfections and flaws may only be minor in the eyes of the public but these types of cosmetic imperfections are now something that Steve Jobs will abide by. Apple had originally promised to have the white iPhone 4 available by the end of July but they have changed this again. According to them, “White models of Apple’s new iPhone 4 have continued to be more challenging to manufacture than we originally expected, and as a result they will not be available until later this year. The availability of the more popular iPhone 4 black models is not affected.” Most people in the know believe that the problem is due to the manufacture of the glass for the white iPhone 4. We will just have to wait and see what further information comes. If you were hoping to have a white iPhone 4 then I’m afraid you will have to wait a little longer.
