Hello there !
Here you have the latest ZiPhone version !
This version has many new features !
Don't forget to read the README.txt and the
PLUGIN_HOWTO.txt !!
As usual it is better to use ziphone on a
restored iPhone, but you can also just
run ziphone -j to add the plugin support.
Now it's up to you all and your fantasy!
Because the plugin system can just do
EVERYTHING you can imagine.
If you think your app or your system mod
should be used by everyone, contact me
and I could include it as a default
in the next release.

Can you put Palm software on the Iphone?
yah I jus jailbroke my iTouch, but it
won't let me add nething from the installer. It keeps saying download failed. Ne advice?
I just have a quick question. I tried installing the program on my computer and this message poped up: "to run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of .NET Framework: v2.0.50727 Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining appropriate versions of the .NET Framework." What do I do?

Hi zibri, I have an iphone ver 1.1.4 unlocked ,jailbroke and activated it using macosx ziphone 2.6b. Worked fine for the last month or so til today when the screen suddenly went blank. Tried to go into recovery mode ie holding home then plugging it to dock. then now its showing the top line only ie signal strength and batt sign and black in the middle except for a loading circle sign in the middle of the screen. am not able to plug it into a pc bcoz am away on holiday and did not bring my laptop. but what does that screen mean? is it recovery mode and how do i fix it without a pc or mac. thanks...collin
It's frustrating to know that the NO WIFI problem was not solved.

You're the man Z. I got my new 16 GB iphone yesterday and used Ziphone 3.0 with itunes 7.6.2 everything works great without a hitch. It took all of 4 mins to unlock, jailbreak and activate. The whole process took about 4 hrs cause I was so nervous and did so much research to make sure I wouldn't be bricking my new phone.
So if anyone is having hesitations with 3.0 and itunes 7.6.2 don't. I couldn't find any info on people using this combo so I eventually just took the plunge and it's FAAAANTASTIC!

I just ran ZiPhone on a never before used 8GB iPhone. It all went swimmingly well :-)
I'm currently running 1.1.2, but would like to upgrade to 1.1.4 to get things like clipmarks etc.
Also, I don't appear to have AppTapp Installer on the unlocked phone - I presume that is becuase it is only 1.1.2.
So, my questions are:
1) If I connect to iTunes and agree to the upgrade to 1.1.4 on my unlocked phone, will that cause any problems?
2) If it's OK to do that, do I then need to re-run ZiPhone to get it to start afresh and install Installer?
The other thing is ... I told iTunes to not nag me about the firmware upgrade, so I really want to get that 'Hey, do you want to upgrade?' message back, so any tips on that?

I have become your fan. I have used the Program on 3-4 phones myself. I have made "Blucher.zip" with al the applications i need and while jailbreaking it shows red warning screen also but nothing gets installed on the iPhone. Maybe it is b'coz I have a windows pc and am making the zip file with winrar. Can you guide me where I can get a file to make the zip in unix system.

I have a brand new Ipod Touch 8gb with firmware 1.1.4. I installed ZiPhone, and started to install a few apps. After a few minutes the Ipod started to behave strangly--it kept restarting the desktop over and over. I could not do the normal power-off (or anything else for that matter), because the desktop restart kept happening.
I wound up putting the Ipod in recovery mode, and that got me back to a useable state. I thought: it must have been one of the apps I installed. Reinstalled ZiPhone again and even before I installed a single app, the thing started happening again and I had to go to recovery mode again.
I would like to use ZiPhone, but at present I can't. Any thoughts?
Hello, How do you get Yahoo email for work on the I phone with Ziphone.. I get an Error message saying Can not get mail, The user name or password for imap.apple.mail.yahoo.com is incorrect. Please help... Everything else is awesome tho!
ZiPhone 3.0 is great. I love it.
The only thing currently missing is the backup feature. I hope it will be added soon.
Keep up the great work. Hope there will be a ZiPhone which can unlock iPhone v2.

I just did the unlock and jail break and activate pkg. My yahoo email doesn't work anymore. How can I fix it please help!
There are a lot of negativity written about using this method. But I have a few facts that I would like to mention:
For those who are concerned about their bootloader being downgraded from 4.6 to 3.9, YOU CAN UNCHECK THE "DOWNGRADE BOOTLOADER" OPTION IN "ADVANCED FEATURES", if you don't know how to do this... DON'T USE ZIPHONE AT ALL!
For those who have used ZIPHONE think their bootloader was downgraded cause you didn't check "advanced features" and uncheck the option.... what is your week of manufacture. If your iPhone was built before week 45, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH version 3.9 ANYWAY! :P
BTW, the same mac/wifi address issue only occurs if you choose "FIX NO WIFI" option in "Advanced Features". If this is unchecked, you will not have this problem.

Hi, I downloaded ZiPhone the other day and jail broke my ipod touch. It worked great. But i remembered reading something somewere about turning it into a phone that can make VoIP calls. I thought that it would do it if i hit the "Activate/Jailbreak" Phone button on theZiPhone jail break download thing. But turns out i was completly wrong. My Ipod now doesn't work at all. It runs through a bunch of stuff in white looks liike code, and i have no idea what it means. I was wondering if you or someone could help me with this. I don't know what else to do but post something here. It says

I would like to know if i wanna fake an IMEI number, should i just click on the button fake IMEI? what number should i type in? is there a pattern that i should follow? another thing is if i wanna restore the original IMEI number, is there a way for me to do so, using Ziphone 3.0? thx a lot!

Hey I'm New To This Ziphone but i have a problem when i click the unlock jail break and activate button it just say's that it is searching for phone and keeps saying it shows up on itunes i read instructions and followed them i put the phone restore mode i closed itunes and all helpers but it still stays stuck in the finding mode
