Ok nice to see that he have a 1.1.3 FULLY JAILBROKEN AND UNLOCK as you can see if you check the carrier.
Isn't Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM) the official Carrier which whom iPhones are/should be sold in Italy? Can't find anything to the planned release, but it can be official iPhone, or also it can be cracked by T-Mobile, who already unlocked 1.1.3 via h/w mod.
I hope I'm wrong and Zibri made it :)

I can see you are having so much fun. That's what is all about!! i see why some people get angry and anxious regarding the sw unlock, but i think it's no more a priority. if someone wait for the sw unlock, go and get a xsim and stop bitching about it. Zibri, i only wish you good luck and break that iphone!! not to please 1.1.2 OTB miserly owners, just to have fun and kick S. Job's ass.
Well.. the good news are:
Google maps locator is somehow supported in italy..
The bad news are: with vodafone or wind sims it was unable to find my location..
That's normal thinking that TIM is the official partner.
However only a few towers are mapped.. so the positioning is rather quaint.

Well Google does location in a "hackish" way and that is why you can not get located with your other SIM cards. After a while all towers (from all carriers) will be mapped and My Location will work with all SIM cards - if we get an unlock :P

Salve, e' una giogia sapere come vanno le cose per i italiani. In lo che riguarda con My Location, io ho 1.1.2 OTB, solo attivato, ma non sbblocato, e in agiunta con simcard di vodafone, pero' ho istallato "Locateme" cui e' "abastanza" preciso 500 mts 1,5 km. Lo ho testato in Roma Termini, Rebbibia y Frascati (ESA).

Regarding to "My Location", I have the 1.1.2 OTB Phone, but only activated but not unblocked, and also with vodafone simcard; I have installed "Locateme", which is "quite not wrong", between 500 mts and 1,5 km. I have tested in Center Rome, Rebibia and Frascati (ESA)
NB: Pure io sono da Roma, magari, qualche volta incontrarci.

Well zibri... there's no doubt you're a top notch hacker, but if sunny is to be believed, you're a shit human being. I guess you can't have it all, eh? Anyway, you've done the 1.1.3 jailbreak, so the only real prize left is the 1.1.2 OTB soft unlock (or 1.1.3 OTB if you're up to it). Bet ya can't do it :)

It seems that tonight Zibri decided unilaterally the Elite team wiki was no longer a group effort. Without consulting any of us, he stripped away all owners *and* members from the googlecode project except for himself.
This speaks volumes of how Zibri thought of the community. It obviously was never about the community for him, and that's regrettable. He has decided to take what he thought was *his* ball and go home. He is not a team player, and frankly he never was.
I know that the community will continue to contribute despite the likes of Zibri.
I *know* that Zibri doesn't represent all of Italy with this crap he's pulled tonight. :)
That is not right to clear out your inner conflicts when thousands of people need help.
Why to present personal things into public when they dont really concern usual ppl?
As for Zibri, he's frankly the only one who feeds us with new info anyway. I've not read such posts from rest of u, 'team'.

Ciao zibree, per noi italiani aiutaci ub po :-). Sono andato fino in america per comperarmi il mio iPhone un firmware 1.1.2 e ho fatto l'errore di fare un update con iTunes a 1.1.3, adesso lo uso solo per ascoltare la musica.

When are you people understand that NONE is giving a damn about bootlodaer 4.6 software unlock ? I really doubt anyone is working on it anymore since h/w downgrade is possible and easily done.
People are most interested in 1.1.3 baseband unlock, 1.1.4 sdk, and other things (like fighting and becoming famous).
Wanna bet what is gonna happen in a few days ? Zibri will post the md5 of his new top-secret anysim-patched 1.1.3-baseband unlock (3.9-bl only, of course), and after that someone will leak it before zibri and he's gonna cry like he did all others times before (jailbreak 1.1.3 leaked by natetrue, and 1.1.3-secpack leaked by geohot).
Turns out geohot was right about 1.1.2 ootb sw unlock not being released anytime soon.
really quick question. unlock has been working fine (apart from youtube) but recently the camera has been playing up and i now need to do a restore...i can't find an faq page on your site ... can you please please let me know how this is best done...my phone is a 1.1.2 ootb. i'm asking because i've seen a phone be busted from trying to reverse some things and so i have to be cautious...would really really appreciate your comment on this!! i love the camera...it's really annoying that it doesn't work...holding out. peace.
